What's included in the membership?


Membership includes a monthly subcription to the My Sacred Blood Moonthly Box Club, one 60-minute individual coaching session each month, and free access to all monthly group sessions. New members will also receive a digital copy of the My Sacred Blood Lunar Planner/Workbook.




What's in the box?


Each month, Club Members receive two products of their choice from the My Sacred Blood skincare line, plus a few extra surprises to help you to develop a personalized menstrual care routine. Your first box includes two (2) premium products from the My Sacred Blood skincare line.




How do I cancel my subscription?


You can cancel your subscription at any time before the order deadline date. If you cancel after the order deadline date, you will still be charged for that box. Send an email with the subject line "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION". The cancellation date will be based on the date that the email was sent. If the email was sent before the deadline but received after the deadline, you will be issued a full refund and your account will be cancelled immediately.




Do you give refunds?


Due to hygenic reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used skincare products. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.




What are RUMPS?


RUMPS are Reusable Menstrual Products.




Do you ship internationally?


At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States only. Please check back for updates.




Is the cost of shipping included?


Shipping is included for Box Club members only. For non-members, the cost of shipping is added to every purchase. Visit our Shipping and Returns page for more details.




How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Subscription boxes are shipped on the first and the 15th day of each month and should arrive within 1-2 weeks of the shipment date, depending on your location. For one-time purchases, visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.




Can I choose the date when I want my box to be shipped


Individual orders are always shipped immediately. All subscription boxes are shipped on the first and 15th of each month (or in the event of a statutory holiday, boxes are shipped the week prior to the holiday). As bulk shipments enable us to keep the costs down, we ask that you place your order as close to these dates as possible. However, this may change in future. Please check back for updates.
