Substance Abuse Education Program (SAEP)

The Substance Abuse Education Program (SAEP) is a two-day program specifically designed to intervene on substance use by raising consciousness about the effect that alcohol and/or drug use has on the individual’s life and others around them. Any person who uses substance or who is affected by someone else’s use may participate in the education process. The cost is $125 and it is due at the time of registration. The two-day sessions are offered every month on a weekend.

Substance Education and Learning (SEAL)

Life 1 on 1 Skills Training for Adolesents is designed to enhance the prosocial, interpersonal, stress management, planning, and communication skills of the aggressive adolescent.

The overall goal is to provide students with the encouragement, support, and skills to have a more positive and productive school experience.

Participants MUST MAKE an appointment to be screened and have a UA test completed upon registering for class. Screening and UA appointments may be made by contacting us at:

The class will be held from 6:00-8:00p.m.*
CLASS COST $145 (includes one or two UA's).
Parents must attend the final class.

No Puffin' Tobacco Awareness Program

Section 161.253 state on conviction of the individual for an offense under Section 161.252, the court shall suspend execution of sentence and shall require the defendant to attend a tobacco awareness program approved by the commissioner. The court may require the parent or legal guardian of the defendant to attend the tobacco awareness program with the defendant.

No Puffin' Tobacco Awareness Program teaches participants about smoking behaviors, consequences, tobacco advertising, and ways to stop smoking. This is a state mandated class for MINORS who have been found in possession of tobacco products and have received a ticket.

Registration in person. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompany by parent or guardian. You must be registered three days prior to the start of class. If a UA or screening is needed, you must have the service completed three days prior to the class start date.

  • Participants must bring ticket or judge’s letter to registration.
  • ALL CLASS sessions MUST be attended in order to receive Certificate of Completion.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to appear before the judge with their Certificate of Completion.
  • BACODA reserves the right to cancel any class with less than 10 participants.
